The Slack AI Assistant That Knows Everything Your Team Does
Your team's knowledge lives in seven places — the playbook, Asana, the social calendar, asset links, the latest site copy, the point person, who's free this week. MARA puts all of it one Slack DM away: ask in plain language, get the answer back in the thread, instead of opening a tab for every question.

The story
The before: Every answer lived somewhere different. The playbook for process, Asana for tickets, the calendar for who's free, drives for asset links, the site for the latest copy. One answer meant five tabs — or pinging whoever might know.
The turn: So I built MARA — one assistant you DM in Slack. Ask in plain language, and it gathers the answer from all of it, then replies right in the thread.
How it works
- Slack: You ask in a Slack DM, in plain language. No commands, no new tool to learn — the team already lives here.
- Data Gatherer: MARA reaches into everything the team keeps — the playbook, Asana, the calendar, asset links, the site.
- Filter + Scorer: It keeps only what truly answers you and ranks out the rest, so what comes back is precise — not a pile to sift.
- Brand Voice: It replies in the team's own voice, right in the thread — reads like a teammate wrote it, not a search box.
Gathering everything a team knows is the easy half. The work is the opposite — filtering and scoring until almost all of it is gone, so the reply is the one answer, not a reading list. A search box hands you ten links; this hands you the one.
What changed
who's the point person here? where's that asset link? who's free this week?
The numbers: 7 sources — one Slack DM, no digging.
Fair questions
does it really pull from all our tools?
Yes — Asana, assets, contacts, the calendar, the playbook, the site. If the team keeps it, MARA can reach it. (from the build)
or does it just search the whole internet?
No — only your stuff. It doesn't browse the web, so it can't answer from outside what the team actually owns. (from the guardrails)
can it change things in our tools?
No — on a DM it only reads and answers. To actually create a ticket it hands you a button, so it never writes to your systems on its own.
